As of 2026-07-06: under today's polling (D+6.0), a proportional U.S. House would be D 231 / R 204 (actual House today: D 215 / R 220). If polls miss by the historical ±2.2 points, the range is D 226–235. Control of the House would flip at R+0.6 on the generic ballot.
